1. Booth expense: Domestic enterprise: RMB 10,000 Yuan (9 m2);
Foreign enterprise: USD 1,100 (9 m2) (Double open booth need to add 10% booth expense);
2. If apply for 36 sq.m or more display ground, then the price is RMB 900 per square meter.

Detailed Rules for Exhibitors

| Cautions |
1. Please fill the fair contract and affix an official seal, then fax or mail it to the organizer;
2. The public liability insurance for exhibition will be provided by organizer, exhibiting company will be responsible for its exhibitors and exhibits;
3. The copy of remittance receipt should be faxed or mailed to the organizer after exhibitor remitting the exhibiting fees;
4. The organizer will arrange the booth according to rule of: apply early, pay early, arrange early. And booth confirmation will be sent in 7-day after receiving exhibiting fees;
5. If the fulfillment of the contract is prevented due to force majeure，all the exhibiting fees won't be returned;
6. According to the Regulation of Commodities Fairs--No. 77 released by State Administration for Industry & Commerce, selling exhibits in cash is banned at AES 2008. Once the above behavior was identified, the exhibitor will be put out without returning exhibiting fees;
7. Fake and inferior commodities are banned.
