Visitor Application

　　We offer three ways for visitor application: online application, on-site application and fax application.
      If you were coming to AES with your delegation, please let your delegation to fax member list to organizing committee, the organizing committee will prepare the related entrance cards for all delegation members after getting the confirmation. 。

Online Application
　　If you were not from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, please use English version visitor application.
Charge: free
Procedure:
　　1.Please complete application form on website and submit it;
　　2.Organizing committee will verify the submitted information and call for confirmation;
　　3.Get the visitor card with two name cards.
　　Deadline for online application: July 10, 2008

Fax Application
Charge: free
Procedure:
　　1.if you had problem with online registration, please login www.AES.net.cn to download "2008 AES Visitor Application";
　　2.Complete the application form and fax it to organizing committee (Fax No.: 020-87393567);
　　3.Organizing committee will verify the submitted information and call for confirmation;
　　4.Get the visitor card with two name cards.
